Recep joined the team in 2011 onboard Perla Del Mare as 1st mate. After being promoted to captain position end of 2017 season Recep did a very good job during winter time while getting prepared for the new season as the master of the yacht. In the past years he gained quite remarkable experience along Mediterranean and Aegean waters. Recep also loves watersporting also holding his trainer certificate. His professionalism and sense of humour ensures a superbly run yacht with happy crew that delivers the ultimate service. He speaks fluent English and intermediate German.

Umit has been working on Perla Del Mare since 2014. Until this year he was the chief steward of Perla Del Mare, he completed his education at service department at Tourism Vocational High School. This year he passed all examinations in order to get his yacht master license, he is self confident to be a good captain in the future. Umit's experience in yachting industry dates back to 2010. He speaks fluent English, he is good at with water sports and sailing. Being an enthusiastic member of the team he looks to deliver whatever he can to make your stay on board memorable.

Bekir has cooking background about twenty years, seven of those years being on yachts both private and mostly charter. After gaining quite experience on ground he aimed to work on yachts to prove himself. Among those yachts he showed his skills we can mention Esma Sultan, Papa Joe, E&E, Phoenix and Hazar Yildizi. Speaks English.

Okan has joined the crew this year but he is known by other crew members from the same community. Okan is a so possitive man and he is doing his very best to fulfill his duties. He graduated from maritime university and holding his engine officer licence. Okan has 10 years of charter yachting experience and speaks English. He loves doing water sports and very good at any kind of sports on water. Meeting with new people and new cultures among all those years on charter yachts, he has good communication skills. Before getting back to yachting industry at the beginning of 2018 he worked at a shipyard as an engineer.

Ayten worked on both private and charter yachts as a chief stewardess for 8 years ago. She recently joined the crew to do what she likes most. She has a detailed oriented character which enables her to take a hint. While the guests are enjoying cocktails prepared by her she keeps an eye on every detail to make the journey memorable. She accomplished her education from banking and insurance department at university. Ayten duly perform her duties as she always enjoys the hospitality industry. Speaks English.
