  Baris has twenty two years experience in the yacht industry. Among these years he sailed across East & West Mediterranean, Marmara Region and Adriatic Sea. As being the master of the vessel Baris’s primary focus is safety of the guests and his crew. He completed his education at Bodrum Anatolian Yacht School. His myriad duties range from navigation to planning itineraries, managing charters and overall management of the yacht. Baris manages his crew members in discipline in order to ensure each and every charyer is a relaxing and rewarding experience for the guests. He encourages a service-oriented daily work ethic among the crew while maintaining just the right one of formal or casual ambiance aboard as desired by the guests. Speaks fluent English.

  Huseyin Avci

  Huseyin has been working as a chef since he was 15 years old. After completing his culinary apprenticeship he has successfully proved himself at top-tier restaurants in Turkey. Since 2009 he has been showing his skills on luxury motoryachts and gulets. He is excited about having the opportunity to present his creative menus on board KAYA GUNERI V.

  Bedia Baykal

  Bedia joined the Kaya Güneri V after having worked as a chief stewardess on private and charter yachts for several years. Throughout that time period she enjoyed travelling to various parts of the world, respectable cruising sea miles and experience in hospitality and service sector. She is hard working, enjoys challenges and takes pride in providing excellent service to the guests. Speaks English.

  Housekeeper: Dilek Bihan
  Dilek was born in Fethiye in 1985. Speaks medium level of English. She works with pleasure to make our guests happy and feel comfortable. Dilek worked on Turkuaz, Mare Nostrum and Perla Del Mare before she started working on Kaya Guneri V. Dilek also has free lance experience on sailing yachts and catamarans.

  Deckhand: Hasan Guneri
  Hasan was born in Bodrum where he lives with his family. His educational life began with four years at Bodrum Marmara Colleges. Then he spent one year at Ball State University (International Foreign Language Programme), five years at Maltepe University Faculty of Architecture and Design Interior Architecture Department and one year at Ege Bodem Maritime Dragos (500 GT Yacht Master Programme). Hasan is a qualified and experienced master seaman. He first started to feel the passion when he was 10 with optimist sailing yachts. He is in charge of water sports what he is very much into. Speaks good level of English.

  Kenan Yıldız

  Deckhand: Kenan Yildiz
  Kenan was born in Aydin but grown up in Bodrum. Being on the sea is his passion hence he decided to make his living from what he likes most. He is a dedicated seaman who has a considerable charter experience around Turkish coastline, Greek islands, Caribbeans, Puerto Rico, Canarian Islands, Aegean and Mediterranean Sea. Former experinces includes Tanem H, Cobra King, Deep Story (M/Y), Regina and Rox Star. He is familiar with the yacht as in the past years he worked on KAYA GUNERI V as deckhand. And now happy to rejoin the crew.

  Ferdi Gilir

  Ferdi is from Bodrum, Turkey. Speaks English. He is the youngest among the crew and entered yachting industry in 2014. He is an able seaman with high sense of responsibility and awareness and will be there to assist wherever needed.
