Menù proposal

Appetizers: stracchino and sausage, bruschetta, guacamole, smoked salmon and mixed salad or rocket and butter, anchovies and butter, caprese skewers with pachino tomatoes, couscous and caramelized chicken breast, burrata and pesto.

Fish appetisers: Tartare of blast tuna (or other blast fish); Octopus and Potato Salad; carpacci (seafood salami); peppered mussels; sautè of clams and mussels.

Meat appetisers: Carpaccio of bresaola; caprese (see salad); beef tartare with grits and (rocket); stuffed Ligurian vegetables.

Salads: Green salad, cooked peppers, garlic and anchovies; salad cucumbers, strawberries, mint low-fat yogurt, lemon juice; salad with rocket, soncino, flaked pecorino cheese and cherry tomatoes, oil and lemon: fennel, avocado and iceberg salad; iceberg salads, rocket, fennel, carrots, radishes, oil and lemon; Caponata salad; Greek salad; Barley, feta, Taggiasca olives and cherry tomatoes salad; caesar salad; pasta salad; Caprese.

Fish based dishes: Spaghetti or paccheri with shrimp bisque (or scampi); spaghetti with clams; Spaghetti Alla Bottarga; seafood risotto; paccheri (or trofie) with red octopus sauce; Checche at the stake. Vegetable based dishes: Trofie with pesto with green beans and potatoes; pasta alla norma; spaghetti with three tomatoes.

Meat based dishes: Pasta alla Carbonara; Pasta alla Gricia; Pasta all'Amatriciana; gnocchi with pesto; gnocchi alla sorrentina; Fillet with black pepper, Tomaxelle with tomato, BBQ meat of your choice. Sea based dishes: Grilled octopus on potato cream; Ligurian fish; cod alla livornese; grilled tuna with sesame; Sicilian Swordfish; anchovy pie.
